Return & Refund Policy

1) Eligibility & Right of Withdrawal

• EU consumers: you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and the Italian Consumer Code.
• UK consumers: equivalent rights apply under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
• Returned items must be intact, unused beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics, and, where applicable, returned with original packaging.

2) Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

• Perishable goods or goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

3) How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

1. Notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days by sending an email to [email protected], indicating your order number and the products concerned.
2. You will receive confirmation and instructions, including the return address.
3. Return the goods within 14 days from your withdrawal notice, using appropriate packaging and a traceable shipping method.

Return shipping costs: borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective/non-conforming product.

4) Inspection & Refunds

• Refunds are issued within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods or from proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law or in case of our error.
• We may deduct an amount corresponding to any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

5) Defective, Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographs where possible.

In such cases, remedies will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, as appropriate.
