We currently ship to Italy, the European Union, and the United Kingdom.

Shipments are handled by selected carriers, which may include GLS, DHL, and UPS, depending on destination and operational requirements.

3) Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight, and volume of the order. The total shipping cost is clearly displayed before order confirmation.

Customers are required to inspect the parcel upon delivery. Any visible damage should be noted with the carrier where possible.

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting [email protected], including photographs of the packaging and contents.

6) Undeliverable Parcels & Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details, refusal, or failure to collect, we may reship the order at additional cost or refund the product price only, excluding shipping costs, in accordance with applicable law.
